Juniors or Womens?
This may sound stupid but what is the juniors section??  
I LOVE the SO brand skinny jeans from Kohls. They are so soft, I feel like I am wearing yoga pants (I am going back and getting more)
I noticed the sizes are different from the womens. Is the cut different too?

Yes. I find that Juniors sizes are cut smaller.
Narrower in the hips etc.
They are really cut for teenage girls and young 20's IMO.
I can wear Juniors in Target but in Kohl's I find all the Junior stuff runs super small.
I bought a great dress once- and even went up a size and when I tried it on my asss was literally hanging out the back!
ETA - Junior sizes are generally odd numbers- 3, 5, 7, 9 where women's sizes are even numbers- 2, 4, 6 etc

Juniors or Womens?
Juniors sizes are odd numbers, i.e. 1, 3 , 5 etc..Yes, they are cut differently, usually slimmer cuts as Juniors is for teens/early 20's. But if they fit, get them! I sometimes can pick up cute things from the Junior departments.

Like the pp's said they are cut differently. Im usually a size 2 or 4 in womens. I got jeans at kohls in the juniors section in a size 5.

I'm a big fan of the Jeggings in Kohls junior department, SO brand. When I'm shopping in the juniors I have to try everything on as some have said fit can be a little different sometimes...

Juniors clothes are designed for teenagers & younger for younger women. The styles are usually more trendy, but of course there are things like jeans & leggings & t-shirt, that any one can wear.
In general they have less room in the hips & in the chest, and come in odd numbered sizes (I guess just so you know the difference).
Misses is usually the regular clothes & Woman's in the past meant plus sizes ( and usually for grandmas) not sure if too many stores still use that designation though, but plus size clothes will have sizes like 16W as opposed to 16, which is found in Misses.

Juniors is usually cut smaller. I am a 5 or a 7 in juniors & usually a 0 or a 2 in womens.

In women's I wear a size 10 pants, In Juniors (at Kohls), I wear a size 11.
