We're going through some stuff and I found a heart card that was never activated. For those who don't know what it is, it works in one of two ways:

1) If you're uninsured, you pay no more than $56 per vial of Bravelle. You pay the lowest available cash price for Menopur, Endometrin, and Novarel.

2) If you're insured, it saves you $500 per Bravelle script, as long as you order a minimum of 10 vials.

The card is good for one year from the date of activation. First one to FM me can have the card. I don't have to send it to you. I can just FM you the numbers on the card (it's distributed by Ferring Pharmaceuticals, the maker of the above drugs).
