Sunday: Dijon chicken with vegetables
Monday: Grilled portobello ceasar salad
Tuesday: Skinny buffalo chicken lettuce wraps with oven baked fries for DH
Wednesday: Going to a book signing in Huntington, we'll probably just grab dinner somewhere over there.
Thursday: Grilled chicken with mashed cauliflower
Friday: Greek lettuce wrapped turkey sliders with grilled vegetables
Saturday: Nephew's birthday party.

Sunday: chicken sausage with sauteed spinach and rice and sauteed peppers if they are still good
Monday: chicken burger with rice and peas and carrots
Tuesday: pasta with red beans in garlic sauce
Wednesday: chicken drumsticks with cabbage and baked potatoes
Thursday: chicken fajitas
Friday: English muffin pizzas maybe
Saturday: pasta with chickpeas or chickpea salad

Menu Thread 5.18.14
Monday- Sauteed shrimp with lemon, red peppers, tomatoes, and feta over rice
Tuesday- Cheeseburgers on the grill with baked beans and grilled zucchini
Wednesday- Homemade pizza on the grill with salad
Thursday- leftovers
Friday- Homemade shake and bake chicken, sweet potato fries, sauteed spinach
Saturday- out at a party, maybe leftovers afterward

Monday: Hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill with a side of tater tots and corn onthe cob
Tuesday: Dijon chicken, rice, and green beans
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Maple pecan crusted salmon, roasted potatoes, burnt broccoli
Friday: no idea??

Sunday - went to DH's cousin's holud...lots of Bengali food!
Monday - pulao, dahl, niramish
Tuesday - pulao, dahl, niramish
Wednesday - (if we still have leftovers from the holuda) - pulao, dahl, niramish. They sent us home with a boatload of food.
Thursday - grilling!!!
Friday - henna party/bachelorette party...dinner out somewhere
Saturday - going to the wedding so more Bengali food

Sunday: My family came over for dinner and we had lasagna, salad and garlic bread.
Monday: I have a million papers to grade and I have to work late so I don't have time to cook - probably going to order in pizza or Japanese.
Tuesday: We bought a bunch of cold cuts so we're going to have wraps.
Wednesday: Homemade chicken noodle soup.
Thursday: Cold rosemary and basil quinoa salad with grilled chicken.
Friday: Chicken fajitas.
Saturday: Breakfast for dinner.

Sunday: Went over to neighbors for BBQ
Monday: Pasta with bolognese sauce
Tuesday: Grilled chicken with side of roasted zucchini and roasted red peppers. Maybe some rice also.
Wednesday: Some kind of BBQ dish
Thursday: Beef chili
Friday: Leftovers

Sunday: Quesadillas (made with grilled chicken, cheese, and scallions); raw veggies and guacamole
Monday: Parmesan Panko Tilapia with roasted cherry tomatoes and steamed green beans
Tuesday: Chili and Lime Marinated Grilled Steak with Homemade Salsa, Salad
Wednesday: Skinny Taste Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli
Thursday: Probably leftovers or "refrigerator" potluck because DS has a 6:30 t-ball game
Friday: I am out for book club
Saturday: We will grill something, TBD

Sunday:Fried Leftover oven roasted Chicken Drumsticks (Sat.), Corn on the cob, Salad, Avocodo
Monday: Rice with sausage for DS
Tuesday: Ranch Boneless Chicken breast with cheddar cheese, Spinach, and cream corn
Wednesday: Turkey Burgers with Turkey Bacon and Swiss Cheese
Thursday: Katie Courics Lemon Chicken, spinach, oven roasted potatoes and salad.
Friday-Monday.. Away to Williamsburg VA
