Inatome in Valley Stream is by far my favorite dressing, I'm 99% sure they still sell theirs (I know they used to).

LMAO!! I thought the same thing... was going to say casual. Especially since they throw food at you.
We got a big ginger dressing at Costco. Great with salads and makes a good marinade too.

Benihana Ginger Dressing:
1/2 c minced onion
1/2 c peanut oil
1/3 c rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp fresh minced ginger
2 tbsp minced celery
2 tbsp ketchup
4 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
Blend on high in blender for 30-45 seconds. Chill.
I make this all the time and it is delicious!
ETA: I use a little less vinegar and onion than what is called for in the recipe.

the one at costco is VERY similar if not the same! It is yummy! They had it as a trial tasting one day!
