Yummy and easy Mac n cheese recipe?

This my own recipe, and I love that I can change it up in a variety of ways.

1 stick of butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
3 cups fresh grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 cups whole milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1lb. dry, uncooked pasta (I prefer cavatappi)

Melt butter and whisk in flour. Once the flour taste has cooked out, add the whole milk. Turn heat to medium-high and let thicken. Once it coats the back of a wooden spoon, add cheese, Worcestershire and Dijon. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Stir in dry, uncooked pasta.

Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes at 350. If preferred, add additional cheese or breadcrumbs to top and broil in the last few minutes.

This is a very simple, classic, cheesy recipe. It also doubles and reheats beautifully.

I make a super easy mac & cheese. I think it probably takes as long as a boxed one would.

Make your pasta as usual (al dente).

Meanwhile, melt 1 tbsp butter in small saucepan. Add 1 tbsp flour and whisk constantly. Add in 3/4 cup of milk and continue whisking. When it starts to thicken, turn heat down to med-low. Once thick, remove from heat and add in a handful of shredded white cheddar (I love the organic grass-fed white cheddar from TJ). Mix with pasta. That's it! The cheese sauce is always done before the pasta so it's super quick!
