"$9 gas can" guy
Has anyone in the Garden City / Franklin Square/ Mineola/ New Hyde Park/ Floral Park areas recently encountered a guy asking for $9 to buy gas for his car that supposedly broke down?
I've been hearing stories about him making his way around and if you don't give him money he gets very angry and walks away cursing.

Yes it's talked about in the FrSq FB group. He's all over town. He gets very angry when you don't give him $$. Police know about him too.
ETA: People have identified him and found him on FB. Addicted to drugs now.
