is it safe to take?
i've had a pounding headache all day and i've been trying not to take anything, but now i feel nauseous from it.

Yes, tylenol is safe for us to take. I had really bad migraines in the 2nd trimester and one day I made myself suffer so bad from trying not to take anything that I made myself sick with nausea and had the chills.. Check with your OB to see how much they want you to take. My OB allowed me to take up to 500mg every 6 hrs and it was such a huge relief. Feel better
