Pediatrician recommendation
We will be moving to the west bay shore area shortly and am in need of a pediatrician that will follow the delayed vaccination schedule without question.
Any good recommendations? Looking from West Islip to Islip. Thanks!

Pediatrician recommendation
We love Suffolk Pediatrics in West Islip. We primarily see Woletsky, but love the other two doctors and the staff there.

We see Dr. Mariwalla's group in West Islip. I only give one vaccine at a time and they have been very cooperative. They also draw blood in the office and only the doctors themselves administer the vaccines and any medications.

I did two shots max at a time with my children. While they tried to give me all the reasons why more at a time was ok, they always allowed me to choose

I don't, but my brother has Autism and had a reaction to the DPT (as it was called back then) so I did have concerns. Dr. Woletsky was wonderful and addressed my concerns.

Sorry, crashing because I'm looking too. Does suffolk pediatrics draw blood in their office, or do you have up go out to a lab?

I did some research and found she was an "MB BS." At least that's what her medicalgrades.com report said. Do you know If she is an MD? Her office sounds appealing with the delayed vaccinations as well as blood drawn in office.

He never directed me one way or the other. I follow the recommended schedule. I'm sorry I can't answer your specific questions, but I can tell you while he has a great sense of humor, I have never found him condescending or have felt stupid asking any question. Same with Dr. Zanolin. The office staff is equally as wonderful.
