50th Birthday Party Help!
DH is turning 50 in September so I’m thinking of throwing him a party approximately 50 people. I don’t know where to start LOL. The last party I did was my wedding, 7 years ago. We live on the south shore but anywhere in Nassau is good. He loves seafood so I was thinking a seafood place maybe on the water. Has anyone done a small party at Captain Bills? Also, do I get a DJ? Thanks for the help!

Re: 50th Birthday Party Help!
I have never been to Captain Bill's but heard great things about it.
If you go a little further east there is The View and Snapper Inn - also both do a great job and are right on the water.
I am sure there are places in Freeport too but there has been so much change and turn over there I am not sure what is still around.
If it is more an intimate dinner party then no I would not get a DJ. If you want it to be more relaxed and fun then yes to entertainment.

1st book the place. A dj is easier and you have more options.
On the water check out The view Captain bills Harbor club by prime Snapper inn There are a bunch of good places on the nautical mile in Freeport
Start calling places, go see the place and get an idea of pricing.

50th Birthday Party Help!
We had a smallish party at Captain Bills a few years back and then again last year and will not go back. In our opinion it really went down in quality and services.
We throw alot of parties at the Irish Coffee Pub. They do a good party and it's not to expensive.
