I've had great experiences with Ani and Eddie (one of the owners) at Tres Jolie.
As for breaking the bank, they have their pricing on their website, so you may want to check it out.

Jen is great. I have know here since jr high school
I go to Lauren at Domane in Northport.
You'd get great color with either.
