Morning sickness help

Hi ladies-
I am currently about 6 weeks and have been so sick-yesterday I couldn't keep anything down! I am wearing sea bands but not sure if they're making a difference. My appointment with the doctor isn't until later in July. Any tips or suggestions?? I'm getting nervous that I can't keep anything down. Thanks!

If you can't keep anything down, you need to call the doctor. You may get dehydrated. It's important to speak to them so they can tell you what to do. Best of luck!

I agree getting dehydrated is the worst thing. Call the doctor ASAP and voice your concern they can do something for you

The Zofran should work wonders. I was on it my entire pregnancy.

Morning sickness help

Ginger is supposed to help. I bought ginger snap cookies, which are so yummy! I didn't suffer from morning sickness but had occasional nausea. It helped until I developed an aversion to ginger. lol
