Can I go to a carpet store and have them cut sisal rug into the measurements I want? I have a large family room that we use as DD's playroom too. Don't want to spend a fortune. I guess I'm wondering how it would look; would it be unfinished/fraying ends?

If not, any recommendations where I can fine decent, not too expensive rugs (no Home Goods).
