Menu Thread 7.6.14
Sunday- Going to a BBQ at our friend's house.
Monday- Having dinner at my mom's house.
Tuesday- Going to the Michael Buble concert..just gonna grab something quick in the city.
Wednesday- Balsamic grilled chicken with tomato and asparagus salad
Thursday- Chili for DH, turkey burger for me
Friday- Grilled chicken topped with spinach, tomato and low-fat mozzarella
Saturday- Going to my cousin's bridal shower.
Edited because my menu changed.

Monday: homemade potstickers
Tuesday: homemade california rolls
Wednesday: buffalo chicken burgers and sweet potato fries
Thursday: lentil burgers
Friday: turkey burgers and baked potatoes
Saturday: fireworks at my sister's bbq - salads

Sunday - Spaghetti with turkey meatballs and burnt broccoli
Monday - grilled chicken with latin yellow rice and asparagus
Tuesday - Taco Tuesday with left over rice and peas
Wednesday - chicken and mushrooms in a white wine garlic sauce with spinach orzo and roasted veggies
Thursday - Turkey burgers with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob
Friday - Leftovers
Saturday - out to eat

Monday-spaghetti, homemade marinara sauce w/ meatballs, salad
Tuesday-quinoa/veggie/bean chili with blue corn chip nachos
Weds-roast chicken, quinoa, roasted eggplant
Thurs-ground turkey tacos with avocado, salsa,lettuce,cheese

Light cooking week for once! Not shopping this week so it's a mish mosh.
Sunday- hot dogs, rice pilaf, salad, corn
Monday- grilled Italian sausage, leftover rice, baked beans, peas
Tuesday- out
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- Lasagna with steamed broccoli
Friday- going to see the band perry
Saturday- out for a shower

Tues- ST Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken
Wed- out to dinner for our anniversary
Thurs- Crispy Chicken tortilla roll ups
Fri- Leaving for vacation the next day so probably ordering in

Sunday - We were coming home from a trip, so ate a late lunch on the road and just had some cheese and crackers for a snack at night.
Monday - Skinnytaste Buffalo Chicken Rolls with a side of broccoli
Tuesday - Tacos (with ground beef) with Skinnytaste southwestern black bean salad
Wednesday - Skinnytaste Summer Vegetable Skillet with Potatoes and Turkey Sausage
Thursday and Friday - May use leftovers, also have frozen turkey burgers we can make, or may make a pasta dish.
Also plan to make a zucchini soup I saw on Skinny Taste for lunches or to work into dinner plan.
Saturday - Out for a wedding

Posted in another thread, didn't feel like doing a major food shopping so trying to go through stuff we have.
Monday: spinach, mushroom & tomato quesadillas
Tuesday: grilled chicken casesar salad
Wednesday: spinach ravioli
Thursday: quinoa salad with fresh veggies/ cheese / balsamic
Friday: cheeseburger & broccoli stuffed baked potatoes

Sunday- marinated skirt steaks on the grill with potato salad and roasted corn
Monday- caprese pasta salad with diced chicken
Tuesday- BLTs
Wednesday- London broil with a spinach and feta medley
Thursday- leftovers
Friday- teriyaki chicken with rice and an Asian vegetable medley
Saturday- leftovers

Monday - white rice, red beans, sweet Italian turkey sausage w. Onions
Tuesday - Lemon Chicken, Brown Rice, mixed veggies
Wednesday - Turkey Loin, Roasted Potatoes, cranberry, broccoli
Thursday - chicken stir-fry and noodles
Friday - leftovers or Pesto Pizza grilled sandwiches
Saturday - going to BBQ, making empanadas

Sunday: Stayed at a friend's house in Long Beach for Sunday Funday!
Monday: My parents and DH's parents came over. We made cheese quesadillas and chicken fajitas.
Tuesday: DH's cousin is coming over...we're having chicken parm meatballs, whole wheat pasta and salad.
Wednesday: Grilled chicken stuffed with roasted red peppers and mozz.
Thursday: Grilled chicken, brown rice and corn.
Friday: Filet mignon, mashed potatoes and asparagus salad.
Saturday: Going to the Brooklyn Brewery.
