Insignia

Went last night for the first time. They have a promotion Tuesday nights 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 sides and 2 desserts for $100. Not bad. We ordered shrimp tempura roll and lobster bisque, both had filet mignon, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach and cheesecake. Overall food was good. Service was good. I guess because Tuesdays are slow servers were almost overly attentive.

My only negatives, the shrimp tempura roll didn't have the tail sticking out of the end and when I was eating last piece realized tail was in it, kind of freaked me out.
Wine I ordered, pinot grigio without reading menu and when bill came realized was $15/glass. My fault for not reading menu, lol
