Snoring
Hey guys! So my dh snores like crazy. So loud that I have to make him sleep downstairs on a couch in order for me to get some sleep. Now with a newborn it's getting kinda rough doing all the feedings myself at night. Do you guys have any recommendations for doctors that he can see? Preferably in Suffolk. Thanks a bunch!!

Re: Snoring
I would start out by getting him to do a sleep study. People don't realize how dangerous snoring can be.
It's possible he may have sleep apnea. Is your husband slightly overweight or does he have a rather large neck size??
Losing weight can help drastically or he can sleep with a CPAP machine to help him sleep better and you as we'll.
Ask his primary doctor that you want a sleep study done on him to evaluate if he does have sleep apnea. Many places do it. I've known several people have gone to St Catherine's Hosp. to get it done.

Snoring
My DH was diagnosed with sleep apnea and had to go for a sleep study in Stonybrook. He was then given a CPAP machine, once he was on that he dropped a lot of weight and had so much more energy just from getting uninterrupted sleep!
