can anyone recommend their AMAZING speech teacher for EI
If you love your child's EI speech teacher please recommend and tell me which agency they work with. I'm on my dd's 3rd teacher and I'm still not happy. I feel like our sessions are waste right now and it's killing me. Her special ed teacher is truly amazing and I see so much progress do to her. If it matters dd is 2 and right now just labeled speech delayed (both receptive and expressive)

can anyone recommend their AMAZING speech teacher for EI
We love my son's speech therapist. Her name is Jodi (not sure of the last name) and we use her through All About Kids. She lives in plainview. She works non-stop during the 45 minute session and makes it fun for my son. He has gained a lot of strength in his mouth and speaks way more frequently and more clearly than just a few months ago when he started. We're sad we have to transition into CPSE in a few weeks and lose her.
If you're interested, I can find her last name in the communication journal when it comes home this weekend and send you her info.

Joyce - we were assigned her thru communication therapies in Hicksville, but I think she works for other agencies as well. Love her and miss her!

Thank you ladies! I'll check them both out. I wish I could interview therapists before I drop the one I have. It's such a pain with paperwork to change agencies and therapists.I would like to be sure it's worth it so a recommendation is helpful.
