Rave for Christine Braun, real estate agent
Highly recommend Christine - vendor on here and helpful poster.
Apologies for late post but she was awesome in helping us find our home. We met with several agents and none of them felt right. Christine showed us around several towns and told us about different areas even before we were real buyers.
She referred Karen Macchia for the sale of our queens coop and she was great. Karen was professional, responsive, and handled our open houses and negotiations.
We had a long search to find the right house with Christine. She helped us find a rental and never gave up on us. She provided great insights and most importantly never tried to sell us into something that wasn't right for us. She was super responsive - text, email, etc. she provided valuable guidance while setting expectations. We were looking for something a bit hard to find and she was honest about that. She helped us learn about areas and saved us time by helping us avoid things we didn't want (busy road, etc).
We always felt like a top priority and were so lucky to have her on our side.
Highly reccomend!!!

Thank you so much for posting this!
I am so happy to help you find what you were looking for. The absolute best part of this job is knowing that I helped somebody get into a house that they love (or sell a house they need to sell). Plus, some clients -- and I'm lucky, so I'll say MOST of mine -- are truly a pleasure to work with, and you guys were definitely in that category.
