How do you count your days
So, I say I have a 28 day cycle, there are 28 days between then the 29th day I get my period, so that would be day 1, would that be a 28 day cycle or 29, is it period to Period?
Also, how often are you periods every 28 days, I looked back and mine go from 27-35 days.

Day 1 is when AF starts. If you have 28 days from the start of AF and then on the 29th day you get AF, then cd29 turns into cd1. It's period to the day before your next period.
My cycles are 26-29 days. Varying a few days is still normal and regular.

All of this.
My cycles also range from about 28-35 days. It's normal. But because they can range I make sure to use an opk

Yeah it's a little confusing how the last day of a cycle turns into the first day of the next.
I've never had a 28 day cycle, I think the shortest was 30, but usually closer to 35. I'm waiting for my cycle to regulate, hopefully soon.
