Noticing drop in milk supply- can it be jump started again?

I BF my 4 month old as well as supplement. I am very religious with pumping as well.
He usually gets 4 bm bottles a day and 2 formula. Sometimes I nurse in place of those bottles.
I was super super busy the last week and relied on my frozen stash more than I probably should have and I m noticing a decrease in my pumping output as a result now.

Is this permanent? Is there anyway to reverse it? Or did I really mess up???

Very sad :(

I would imagine if you start pumping more often you can build it back up. When babies go through growth spurts, they nurse more often to increase supply. Try power pumping (i think thats what its called) its pumping a bunch of times in an hour. Google it to see the exact way to do it. Also eat some oatmeal to help jump start.

Stop supplementing and just nurse nurse nurse. That will get your supply up better than a pump or any food/drink.

This and I've also taken Fenugreek and it helped.
