Anyone else have ghi??
Hi ladies! Does anyone else have ghi?? If so, to move onto ivf you need to try 6 iuis. Does anyone know if these 6 need to be anything specific meaning do any of them need to be with injectibles or anything?? Thanks!
I've done 6 iuis, 4 medicated and 2 unmedicated and I have a treatment plan to start ivf. Today is cd 1 but I'm unable to get the water sono done next week bc I'm a teacher and it's the first week of school. So I'm taking a month off then proceeding with ivf next month. After the water sono they send the pre authorization to ghi and I'm just hoping that they accept it and don't make me try iui with injectibles first.

Anyone else have ghi??
It doesn't matter if their medicated, not medicated or with injectibles as long as you do the required amount you should be good

You will be accepted if you completed the 6 IUI requirement, doesn't matter what medication was used. Good luck!

I have GHI and am a teacher. I had to do the 6 IUIS. I did 3 clomid, 2 injects, and 1 natural. That was enough to get approved for IVF. GL

I only need three rounds of IUI and onto IVF. I don't know if that depends on age, I'm older.

It has to do with age. I believe under 35 is 6 and 35 and over is 3. I also only had to do 3.
