Winter Mini Vacations
We are looking to go away with the kids (ages 8, 6, and 6) for two or three nights after Christmas. Any suggestions? TIA

Re: Winter Mini Vacations
Driving or flying?
If you want to fly somewhere warm I would go to Puerto Rico!
For driving destinations, I love Woodloch Pines, its expensive but worth it IMO.
Vermont is also quite lovely.

Re: Winter Mini Vacations
I agree that Woodlch is awesome. Villa Roma is a good time too. It's not as nice as Woodloch, but at least it's a little cheaper. We also like Newport. There's not a ton to do, but definitely enough for a few days- arcade, ice skating, walking around town, etc... We like to stay at the Wyndham so we have a pool for the kids. And Crystal Springs is great too. They have year round indoor/outdoor pools, game room, activities. And Action Park is right up the street for tubing or skiing.

Re: Winter Mini Vacations
Great Wolf Lodge. I wasn't a huge fan but the kids enjoyed it.
