Questions about what to do next?

My 3.5yo DS is being evaluated as per our request (has some OCD issues, falling being in gross/fine motor milestones etc). He is not in school at this time.

He has just finished the evaluations and we are waiting for everyones reports but basically were told everything at the evaluations.

His pysch eval (IQ test) had him scoring very low - due to the fact that he didn't understand what the person wanted him to do and they said they could only state the instructions a certain way. I think he is above average when it comes to learning based on what I see with him everyday.

He scored just below on speech with concerns of cognitive language. He also scored just below on O/T and P/T.

All mentioned definite signs of anxiety (which I also see) and all mentioned signs of SPD.

We wanted to see a doctor to get a second opinion but I am confused if it should be Developemtal Ped or Neourologist or should we see both?

We are planning to go to Cohens - I know Adelsman is good but are an other Dev Peds there good since he is hard to get an apt with? Does anyone us the Commack office? Can they do evaluations there?

We go to Cohens in Commack but we see Dr. Adelsman. If you can wait he is well worth it. I think all the doctors in the practice are good so you can't go wrong with any of them. Yes the do evaluations.

I thought they told be that Dr. Adelsman doesn't work in the Commack office?

He does, just not that often. He better because I have an appointment in December lol.
