I second Barosa's....I feel like everything is slim pickings since Abbracciamento's closed!
Dee's is good, but I find their party menus a bit pricey if you're looking for a variety of food (maybe I'm just cheap).
If it doesn't have to be Italian, I LOVE Nick's Bistro on Metro (a few blacks from Dee's). It's Greek and it's one of my favorite restaurants. They don't have a party room but will close the restaurant (my bridal shower was there).
ETA: Also Alberto's on Metro (closer to Woodhaven). They can close off part of the restaurant and the food is delish.

I didn't know that Abbracciamento's closed..I've had soo many family parties there. My family loved that place!

I've lived in the area for my whole life and have never been to Alberto's. Thanks for reminding me about it...maybe I'll check it out sometime soon!

I didn't know that Abbracciamento's closed..I've had soo many family parties there. My family loved that place!
Yup, they closed in March. It really was a fixture in the neighborhood. No one in the neighborhood knows where to have their parties now
