Hema in first trimester - help???
do you mean subchorionic hematoma?
i had that with my first ... it went away on its own but they never told me to be on pelvic rest or anything. they told me most of the time, it doesn't affect anything but that I might see brown bleeding here and there (i never saw any).

Re: Hema in first trimester - help???
if you are referring to a subchorionic hematoma, I had one with this pregnancy. I had bleeding on and off from it and was put on pelvic rest for one week after I saw any bleeding. it was a small one and wound up resolving itself.

Re: Hema in first trimester - help???
if you mean subchorionic hematoma - i had it with my second child. they noticed it at 6 weeks. At 10 weeks i had major bleeding bc of it but thankfully the baby was fine and i never had any other problems

Re: Hema in first trimester - help???
I had major bleeding at 10 weeks, baby was fine but it wasnt until my 12 week sono that they saw the hematoma. They said i woudl either pass it or it would just disolve on its own. I ended up passing it, slowly...i spotted for about 3 weeks, mostly brown.

Re: Hema in first trimester - help???
I have it too, I'm 10 weeks & I haven't had any real bleeding so far. The doctor thinks it will dissolve on its own, but I have to go for sonos every 2 weeks & he told me to take it easy. Otherwise, nothing you can do-- try not to worry, it's most likely fine!
