Baby Shower - When?
I was 30 weeks, mine was early because I had a vacation planned for when I was 36 weeks and my parents went away for 3 weeks right after my shower so it was really the only time it worked for us.

Thanks everyone. It will be the dead of winter when I am 30 weeks. But I feel like doing it in November is way too early..... I guess I'll have to pray for no snow storms!!!

I had mine at 35 weeks. I wouldn't want to have done it any later but it was fine.

same..
not really happy about this since the majority of my friends and DH's family are not on Long Island, and its supposed to be a brutal winter But my birthday is March 1, so it will probably be right around then. I only remember it snowing twice on my birthday.

I just talked about this with some of the women in my fam....I'm due May 22 but think I want a shower sometime in March. I know its a little early for some ladies, but I don't want to feel like the waddling Ms. Tubby at my shower....and I want to be able to have time to purchase all the items we want for the baby that we may not have gotten at the shower. Not to mention, time to put together furniture, etc....

Baby Shower - When?
I had mine at 30... It fit in terms of family. It was great because I had time to set up room, wash clothes, organize, etc.

I am thinking early to mid January. Which will put me in my early 30's. Snow just scares me! We had to reschedule our rehearsal dinner because of it and Nemo was the week before our wedding!

I was about 32 weeks but we knew I would go early so my Mom made sure I had time to put the nursery together and what not. Normally she would have done it closer to 35-36 weeks.

Mine will be end of November. I am due beginning of February and it may snow so we made it earlier just fit everyone's schedules better.
