Weds - Beef stew

Fri - leftovers

Except I did a pot of mushroom bisque. Oh and I have Sunday and Monday planned (pulled pork and pork tacos the following day).

Monday- Autumn chopped salad with grilled chicken, attempting GF rolls
Tuesday- Pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans
Wednesday- Slow cooker chicken tikka masala over jasmine rice w. broccoli
Thursday- butternut squash soup with chicken quesadillas
Friday- leftover pot roast
Saturday- Teriyaki chicken noodle bowls

Sunday- Garlic Parmesan chicken and spinach
Monday- Clean Beef Stroganoff
Tuesday- Homemade pizza (it was on our menu for this past friday but we would up at my in-laws house for dinner)
Wednesday- Eggplant Parmesan
Thursday- Chicken Taco bowls
Friday - Penne Ala Vodka
Saturday- Depending on my mood I'll either make split pea soup or we'll do take out (i'm trying REALLY hard to cook every day).

Yes. It's milk and cream based with stock as well.

I just made the teriyaki bowls too and they were fabulous! I couldn't stop eating it!
I did use a little sesame oil in addition to the olive oil.

Well better late than never! This is what I made this week. I had a 2 pound piece of pork shoulder that I cooked on Sunday and used for most meals this week.
Saturday: Mushroom bisque
Sunday: BBQ bourbon peach pulled pork
Monday: Tacos with leftover pulled pork
Tuesday: Steamed mussels in a white wine broth with garlic bread
Wednesday: Pork and black bean enchiladas with a creamy salsa verde sauce
Thursday: Pork pot pie
Friday and Saturday: Out

That's me every week I have 50-75 % delivery rate on my menu plan.
I actually went out and got a crockpot so I can make the Tikka Masala and it was really good. My DH even liked it and he isn't a fan of Indian. And we have leftovers for tonight :)
