There are too many variables to just give a price. Depends on if you have to actually add onto the house and where existing plumbing is etc.

Thanks. Not sure any of those things. Just seeing if it would be affordable for a future thought. Thanks again!

Oooppps I read it as bathroom but bedroom could be a lot depends on what you have to do to the existing foot print of the house.

Assuming you're adding square footage to a house, and not just making walls inside the house...
1st floor or 2nd floor addition (or both) For a 1st floor addition: full basement, slab, or crawl space? For 2nd floor addition: Can existing structure handle a 2nd story?
Size of addition (more footage = more $$ of course) Outside siding (and roofing) materials. Matching existing siding may cost a lot, or very little.
Will you need variances for this?
etc, etc.
