I have one to add that is sooo easy. If I could make it every night; I would. I will post it here and on the thread too.
CROCKPOT CHICKEN FIESTA:
4 Chicken Breasts (thawed or frozen)
1 can of 15oz. Black Beans (drained)
1 can of 15 oz Corn (drained)
1 jar of 15oz. Salsa
1 8 oz package of Creamcheese
Add in all ingredients except creamcheese.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Shred Chicken; and add package of creamcheese for about 1/2hour.
Mix in and Enjoy.
Can be served alone, over rice, w/ tortillas; avocado.
