Cakes
I'm making two cakes for my DD's birthday party on Saturday. Do you think it will be ok to make them tonight? Should I just make the cakes or is it ok to frost them too? I'm out of the house all day tomorrow so I'm trying to get as much done as I can today.

Cakes
I made a sculpted cake for DS's birthday in September. I baked the cakes on Wednesday for a Sunday party. Thursday I stacked the cakes, Friday I did the crumb coat, Saturday I did the fondant and Sunday I did the final touches. Everyone said they tasted super fresh and just baked. You should be fine.I kept them in the fridge wrapped in saran wrap.
