I'm trying to find one dress to wear to 2 weddings (none of the same people will be at them, except for DH - and he'd be thrilled if I wear the same dress Chat Icon ).

The first wedding is a Sat night in December, in Florida - invitation says "formal attire required".

Second wedding is a Sat night in Vegas, in May - invitation says "black tie optional". (I'm pretty sure this one will be much more sophisticated than the Fl wedding).

I don't think I want to wear a long dress, but if it was the "right" one, I might. Would love to find something amazing to wear to both, but don't want to spend a fortune.

Any ideas?

ETA: would prefer something that could hide a bit of a stomach pooch and not very "body con" or tight fitting
