Bed bath beyond returns
I have a question.
I just read on a moms group that BBB return policy is that if you have something they sell and it's broken they will exchange it. No box no recipt etc.
Is this true? I'm having a big problem with my Keurig but I have had it for a year. I was told BBB would still help.

True story. They took back our Nutri Bullet and gave us a new one, no box, no receipt.
ETA: I know someone who took back a Keurig that wasn't even bought there and they gave her a new one.

i know someone that exchanged their kurig for a newer model. im not sure if there was a problem with the old one. she had it for a few years and then did the exchange. bbb is really good with returns, i dont think you should have a problem

True. I've returned my Keurig, vacuum and steam mop to them when they broke and they either replaced or gave me merch credit.

True, which is why I always make sure when I buy something there I always make sure it is well sealed! I got a set of pots there and it was very clearly used and I had to bring it back for a new set. Six years later and my pots look better than those did out of the box.

Just wanted to say I called keurig after mine stoped working and they overnighted me a brand new one. I purchased mine from kohls. Just I case bbb gives you a hard time.

I returned my broken magic bullet. No box, all the pieces, with a receipt and got a full refund. While I was there, someone else was returning a cuisinart that had to be 590 years old and they took it back for credit .

I have actually called Keurig a few times with issues and they've sent me a new one each time. If you don't want the hassle of bringing it to the store, you can try calling Keurig first.

You could bring them a half eaten cake and an open bottle of wine and they'd give you store credit for it.
I accidentally returned a ninja blender that was bought at Kohl's (was a gift and I could have sworn they said they bought it at BBB). BBB didn't even sell the same one. They still gave me a gc.

Yes. Just last week I brought back a mini food processor that I got 6 years ago that no longer worked. They gave me the most recent model no questions asked.

I just returned my Keurig there yesterday. The water sensor was not working. They don't make the model I had anymore so showed me which one was the updated version and I got an even exchange. They didnt even ask any questions. I just told her I wanted to return it.

I brought back my Keurig from 4 years ago. No box, no anything. They gave me full price for it. I bought the new one using a coupon. Made $6

I never had an issue returning anything to BBB. Same thing w Kohls' s. My blender food processor stopped working after 5 years. I exchanged for a new one because it was still for sale & not discontinued.

I've never had an issue returning anything to BBB.
My keuring stopped working (it was maybe 2 or 3 years old). I brought it back and they gave me store credit.
