Are they strict, or can you go in at any time?

Yup it sucks..it's a free for all. They are not strict AT ALL.

No good sam is not a free for all. They have hours but they are only real strict with the end of them.

Then they must have changed it since I had my DS..cause they never enforced the number of guest (my roommate had probably 15 at a time) even during the quite hour they were suppose to have from like 1-2 anyone could come up. They would tell people to leave at night but that is it. I hated it there because of that.

Haha! I did too stood outside my own room! They had to ask some of her visitors to wait outside so I could get up to pee cause I couldn't get through to the bathroom not to mention I just had a baby and didn't feel like all these strangers seeing me leave a blood trail like it was 5 min after I got to the room. It was most def a free for all when I was there! They actually moved my room cause I complained so much don't understand why they couldn't just enforce the rules!
