Eye twitching?
do you ever get this? It comes and goes in one of my eyes. I'm thinking it is sleep deprivation and stress?

Re: Eye twitching?
I've had this also, it's usually stress related and goes away on it's own. If it becomes constant, I'd mention it the next time you see the eye dr.

Eye twitching?
I had it last week.....no real stress and I had as much sleep as normal. Just woke up one day and it was gone.

Re: Eye twitching?
Vitamin B complex usually does the trick. My friend had it for a while and she tried it. After 2 days, gone.

Re: Eye twitching?
Well it went away so I'm guessing it was lack of sleep and a stressful week recently.

Re: Eye twitching?
I had this over the summer for over two weeks straight! I had no clue what it was. I will say someone on here suggested magnesium rich foods which I tried and seemed to help. I even went to an ophtlamologist who said it was nothing. It eventually did stop.
ETA just saw it went away, good!
