I was also going to say you may be able to get into Little Village for a half day spot, and Toddler Time is on site for daycare, if you haven't already looked there.
I know Leeds Center (used to be in Manhasset, now in Westbury) has daycare, but not sure if they have half day for preschool.

Toddler time/little village is the one that has a daycare spot, but may not have a spot for the school part. But thanks
