Progesterone levels??

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant my first ever progesterone was 14.2 then it went to 18 then back to 14 and now today it was 12.2. The nurse says that they are not concerned and I am on vaginal suppositories. I know they don't get absorbed into the bloodstream but why is my level dropping as my pregnancy progresses? Has anyone else had this? I was pregnant with twins because my egg had split but at today's sono we only saw 1 heartbeat he thinks the other may be a vanishing twin cause he couldn't see much in the sac right now. Can my prog have anything to do with this? Tia!

As you said, supps don't get absorbed into your bloodstream so I wouldn't worry too much. As long as you're not bleeding and cramping, there isn't anything to worry about. And hearing a heartbeat is a great step!
