summer question
Looks like DS is going to starting @ little village in January. I am concerned re summers. He will only have one break to show regression otherwise he will get no summer program and in turn what will we do? I work full time! I just feel like this process is so hard for working moms and prob way worse for single parents
Anyone experience this and have ideas?

Re: summer question
is there any way you can talk to the cpse and push the fact that he needs to go to school over the summer otherwise he will regress? the only other thing I can think of is, if you are using Toddler Time for daycare, see if they will watch him over the summer while little village is not in session.

Re: summer question
the school distict said he will need to show regression over the feb break and use that to get him the summer program, I will need to use the daycare full time over summer, just worried as it is so expensive for full days

They will take data when he comes back after break to show how long it takes him to get back to the level of where he was before the break. I also used to jot notes down about what I saw at home during and after break - any sort of regression with regard to behavior, daily living skills, etc.
