Anybody ever hear of this company?
I just switched to them and my boss is saying, "yeah, just wait until you need to file a claim..."
got me thinking...

I filed a glass claim with my "lesser known" auto/home insurance group. Called my broker to see how this works. My place has a 24/7 hour number. It was seamless and it was taken care of. Even followed up afterwards. My broker is their to process the physical changes on the groups behalf. If i need actually services rendered, i can call them directly.
I was really hesitant on the insurance group as i never heard of them. My broker explain that my company is one of the oldest in the world, well known in Europe and instead of paying advertising dollars, i see less on my bills.
