Bad beta question- UPDATE
Sorry to post this in hiding, but I have a question about my never ending betas. got pregnant without any intervention (prebvious IF history) so i dont know exactly when I ovulated.
11/20: 76 (guessing around 12 dpo)
11/22- 164
had a small bleeding episode so i went for a third beta
11/24- 242- doc is concerned and sends me for more
11/26- 301
11/28- 340 - starts to get concerned about ectopic
12/1- 1231- sono shows no ectopic- but he saw a sac that was irregularly shaped and didnt seem hopeful. however the sac was measuring the right day, give or take a few days. he recommends a d&c.
12/3- 2300
At this point im going for another sono tomorrow and will set up a d&c. I'm so tired and just want this to be over and the doctor is insistent that it's just my placenta taking over which is making the betas rise. I'm hoping he's not right but it seems so. I've also been spotting red/brown the entire time. i'll supposedly be roughly 5w,5d tomorrow, which could still be too early to see a hb.
i guess in my heart i know it's over but i wondered if i should hold out till next week? im not sure if i can mentally do it.
any stories or advice? TIA
UPDATE:
There was a teeny tiny heartbeat. We will continue to wait and see!

Bad beta question
I am so sorry this is happeneing. I also had a M/C with rising beta. It is very hard. Dont be ashamed though.
I tried to hold out also but then my body started really cramping - HORRIBLE so I went for D&C right away. Do what you feel is best.

Bad beta question
Give your bean every chance if that's what makes you comfortable. I had similar situation and had D&C at 8 weeks because at that point it stopped growing and I had no doubt. You don't want to wonder what if forever. Sorry you're in this sucky situation.

Bad beta question
i don't want to give you false hope so i even hesitate to write this but i also want you to know that it's not always an exact science. my betas did not rise appropriately either and the sac always measured behind in the beginning. i was told to go home and wait to miscarry. i waited and waited and it never happened. approx 35 weeks later my son was born :)
of course do what makes you feel most comfortable and i know the waiting sucks and is so freaking hard emotionally BUT if it were me, i'd wait a little longer just to be sure so you never look back and think "what if". i'd probably wait until well after the 6w mark to see if there's a HB. you never know, your little bean may surprise you! :)

Bad beta question
First off I'm sorry that you're going through this but I would def wait till you're past the 6 week mark! You never know your little bean may just be a slow starter!!! Good luck I hope for the best!!!

do you remember what your betas were? did they look similar to mine?
awesome update! if i remember correctly they looked worse than yours! hang in there!
