Realtor recommendations for selling a home

Anyone have a positive experience with selling their home in the Bellmore/Merrick/Wantagh area and can recommend their realtor? TIA

I second Christine Braun. We used her when we bought our house, but I'd go back to her when/if we move again to sell our house. She's very knowledgeable and also lives in Bellmore so she's very familiar with the area and what homes are going for in the areas you mentioned.

Christine Braun works in that area and although I haven't worked with her in selling she has been very helpful when I did have questions regarding comps in the area in the past.

To the original poster - I do work very frequently in Wantagh/Bellmore/Merrick. I live in N. Bellmore and have experience selling in all of the towns you mention (including several homes in recent months).

When I am the listing agent, I take a "project manager" approach and handle/advise on all aspects of the transaction (from pre-listing to closing and beyond). I have a legal background and take more of a client counseling approach than a traditional sales approach with my clients.
