Insomnia in the middle of the night?!?!
Does anyone else have this?!?! I'm 22 weeks and fall asleep completely fine, but the past few days, I've been waking up around 2AM and not falling back asleep until 4ish. I'm not in any pain -- just toss and turn/can't find a comfy position/etc. Ugh!

Insomnia in the middle of the night?!?!
The insomnia didn't start until the 3rd tri. It doesn't happen every night, thankfully, but it happens maybe 3x a week. I wake up and am wide awake for close to 2 hrs. It's rough during the work week.

Insomnia in the middle of the night?!?!
This happened to me a lot during my first pregnancy, it was a killer. I would read or watch TV until I got sleepy again. I found the harder I tried to go back to sleep, the longer it took.

Yes I wake up hot around 4am nightly and I'm wide awake until about 6, which is unfortunately a pain because then I oversleep and get to my flexible job later then I'd like.

I have it now hence writing at 4:15am lol
It's hit me in the third tri. I usually go back to sleep by 5/6 and am up with DS at 8:30 so I'm pretty beat lately. Just uncomfortable along with super hot. I wish I could keep the AC on right now lol

Yessss but I am only 8 weeks. I get up at 2am and wide awake and just toss and turn!
I am so tired at work lately because of this. Thank god I am off after today for 10 days

Yup. Thankfully it's not EVERY night but it does happen fairly frequently. Mostly when I fall asleep on the couch and then have to go upstairs to bed.

Yes I've been waking up between 2 and 3 every morning to pee and then will be up for about an hour. Has been happening for 3 weeks now. I'm 8 weeks
