Elderberry question?
Are the tablets that dissolve in your mouth the same as the syrup?? Should I just stick to the syrup?

Check the potency. They may be different mg. I have pills for me but prefer the super dose liquid bc it's a higher dosage.

In our house, the dissolvable tablets are not good as everyday use but rather for when your fighting a cold or something. We use high potent pills or liquid for daily use

Where does everyone get their elderberry? I got mine at fairway but it goes so quick and I don't get to go there often.

I started making it. Bought dried elderberries and raw honey. Easy peasy and lasts so much longer and is cheaper than $12.99 for a bottle that lasts a week (or less).

You can get at whole foods or any health food type place generally.
