A natural pregnancy after IF
I had always heard about woman having their first through treatments and then conceiving naturally. I always wanted that to be me, and now I can say it is!
I'm coming out. I'm 13 weeks and just got back my verifi results and everything looks great!
It happened naturally and easily this time. Go figure. After a year and a half, 4 iuis and 2 Ivfs to have dd....this one only took a couple months. One month of really high gear trying lol. I did research and took supplements, and dh too, did accupuncture again for the month before I got my bfp and a bunch of other stuff I found research on (honey, OTC progesterone cream) whatever it was it worked.
So just bc it is hard the first time, or doesn't happen at all with Ivf. Doesn't mean it still can't happen naturally. Bc it DOES!

Pregnitude packets

B6
B complex
Omega 3
D
Royal jelly
Took a teaspoon of this special honey (royal jelly, propolis, pollen) in tea every morning
*i found this sold in England and they raved how it got so many people pregnant who tried for years! even after failed Ivf. Increases egg quality. Well they don't ship to the states, but I found it on amazon (something similiar)
I also used an OTC progesterone cream I bought on amazon after confirmed o (temped)
I only did this the month I got my bfp!!!

L-Arginine
FertilAid for men
You should also know we were unexplained. Both of our numbers and everything was always great. I was always on the lowest doses of meds when we went through treatments and had over 20 eggs retrieved. Dh's numbers were always through the roof.
I hate to say this, but I think the first time I was so consumed by getting pregnant it hindered me. Either way, these vitamins can only help. Lmk if you have more questions.
