Nausea has arrived
Ginger ale isn't even working!!! Help.....
I've tried crackers, potato chips anything salty. Chocolate is my biggest enemy.

Nausea has arrived
The only thing that has worked 100% of the time is candy canes! I wish I knew this in my first trimester, haha! Even now with random bouts of nausea candy canes are the only thing that work, and work fast.
They're probably 75% by now LOL!

Nausea has arrived
I've been dealing with since 6 weeks and just recently got even worse. I wish I could throw up but nausea is constant for me. I've been sucking on lemon drops and mint gum. I read b6 I think helps, it's on the list of things to help morning sickness that my dr gave me so I might try that. Feel better! So

Re: Nausea has arrived
Aside from mint candy and ginger ale and everything you mentioned, I've also heard that papaya helps with a yucky tummy. Feel better.

Nausea has arrived
Oh no hope you feel better and it passes quickly! I found that peppermint candies worked wonders this time!! I was nauseous from weeks 6-9 then it went away so hopefully yours won't last that long!

Peppermint is not working; found that out this morning brushing my teeth. I have to find a non-Mint toothpaste.

Re: Nausea has arrived
It's been running my life for 3 weeks.
The hubs makes me a tea with water, fresh ginger, and honey and keeps it in the fridge. Sometimes I have to sip it all day to survive. I also found that I cannot afford to get hungry, so small (200-300 calorie) snacks of carb and protein/fat every 2-3 hours keeps it at bay. I can't afford to eat too much of anything in one sitting because being too full or bloated just angers the beast.
That's all I got. Mostly I suspect I have a long month ahead!

Re: Nausea has arrived
I found the fruit flavored tic tacs did the trick for me usually. At least temporarily.
