pig roast
Looking for a caterer to do a pig roast. I would like it cooked on premise.
Any suggestions?

My uncle did a huge family reunion/bbq last summer - over 150 ppl.
Anyway, he used the BBQ King and it was great.
He didn't do a pig roast but the caterers do them.
