Online Defensive Driving
Has anyone taken a course like this to get an insurance discount? Seems to easy/cheap. Is there a catch?

Yep, I did it. It's boring and about 6-7 hrs long, but there's no catch. I think it took 10% off my insurance.
ETA: maybe it's 5 hrs, I can't remember.

Yes we've done it multiple times. It's boring, takes forever and you can't skip ahead or go quickly... they make sure it takes the same amount of time as actually attending a class. But you get the discount so it's worth it!

This. It takes forever! And is so boring and you can't skip ahead. It can't be completed in one sitting. It really does take like 6 hours or so. I did it once and would never do it again. Going to the class is so much easier and better IMO.

I think I used them too. The DMV will givr list of approved websites or your ins..forgot.
You can do this in your jommies and take as many breaks but havr month to complete.
Hated classes and sitting there bored w strangers.
