Thank yiu for all your recommendations!
I called Suffolk gyn/ob and wanted to see if this sounded right to the girls who go there
I wanted to see one specific dr and they said I can't do that. They just give me an appointment and I should just get used to seeing all doctors because if I go naturally I could have any of them
Also she said there is another group they work with so I could have any of those 5 plus a chance of someone I never met
I get that someone I've been seeing May not be the md delivering but I would think you establish some type of relationship with one doctor

I used to go there before I was pg and lived out in suffolk. I had my main dr but saw others due to scheduling. And in most large practices for pregnancies you will have to see all the drs.

Re: Suffolk gyn/ob

Usually you do that prior to conception as far as finding that "1" doctor, but once you are pregnant and it's a group practice you have to see all of them. Prior to getting pregnant with my DD I had already established a relationship with my OB becausei used her for GYN. Once I conceived I saw her plus her partner. For my current pregnancy I switched practices as per my RE. It's a group practice and have to rotate. The good thing about this practice is they don't use another group like my old OB so a stranger may deliver you. That's a no no with my practice which I love.

I go there and usually see any Dr. It bothered me with my first PG with my DD but I got used to it. Overall I was very happy with them. I'm still using them with this PG as well. I'm having a c section so I don't have to worry about who will be delivering. I put in a request to have a certain Dr do my surgery.
