Need some easy ways to make tilapia

DH and I are trying to eat more fish. We both enjoy tilapia and usually grab the frozen filets from Costco once a month. I almost always bread them and then sprinkle with either balsamic dressing or lemon juice. It's getting boring. I need some other simple and quick recipes for making fish.

I'm making this tonight. I like to make it Milanese, but you can also do picata, blackened, or parmesan crusted

I put mine on a pyrex 9x13 baking dish with a little butter, lemon, basil, and red pepper flakes and bake it. It comes out delicious!

I wrap any mild white flaky fish in foil packets. I add lemon, garlic, salt pepper, a drizzle of dry white wine, EVOO, fresh parsley. Bake on 375. Serve over rice or with a salad.

I really enjoy it simply baked with butter, garlic, paprika and fresh squeezed lemon.

I don't eat tilapia but the way I always make fish is broiling with olive oil a little butter and bread crumbs sprinkled on top. And them a little more olive oil

I use fluke fillets but make them oreganata.
Spray a baking dish with Pam, add the fillets, salt pepper oregano and fresh garlic (finely grated) fresh parsley. Some lemon, white wine and a dab of butter. 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Then, I jack up the oven to broil, top with seasoned bread crumbs and oregano, drizzle with olive oil and broil until the crumbs are toasted.
I make spaghetti with garlic and oil and steamed broccoli on the side.
