Nature's Miracle. It cleans ALL pet stains and stinks.

Re: Dog Urine in Wool Area Rug
I have an issue with part of my area rug too. I was surprised that Nature's Miracle didn't work.
I read online to try baking soda. Not just layered on top, but use a broom to sweep it down into the fibers. Let is sit for up to 2 days then sweep off the top layer (so you don't ruin your vacuum) and vacuum up the rest. I am going to try this tonight if I remember.

Re: Dog Urine in Wool Area Rug
I have tried all of the above & nothing worked. Wound up having to take the area rug outside & scrub it with a scrub brush & detergent. Then hosed it down. (Mind you this wasn't in the Winter). It was the only trick to getting the smell out.
