Menu thread 2.22.15
Sun: ribs turned into pulled pork with mushrooms and scallion brown rice
Mon: chicken Marsala with brown rice
Tues: leftovers
Wed: breakfast for dinner - cheese omelette
Thurs: quick chili - out
Fri: fish sticks and cheese puffs
Sat: Dh made steaks, sweet potatoes, brown rice, sautéed mushrooms, and salad

Sun: Baked chicken thighs w/ Asian sauce with rice and carrots
Mon: DD has a b-day party so whatever we get served, LOL
Tues: Chicken and spinach burgers on rolls, salad
Wed: Pasta night (not sure on sauce yet) with string beans
Thurs: Shepherds Pie
Fri: Probably pizza
Sat: Pulled pork enchiladas, re-fried beans and broccoli

Mon - chicken fajitas with romaine, cheese and avocado side salad
Tues - crockpot cream of chicken soup with brown rice and mushrooms
Weds - pasta with pesto, chickpea tomato cucumber salad
Thurs - leftovers
fri - friends house for pizza

Wednesday- garlic chicken and broccoli farfalle
Thursday- breakfast for dinner
Friday- eggplant parm
Saturday-ribs, Mac n Cheese, broccoli
Sunday- pan seared Steak, red roasted potatoes, peas
