I use this brand a lot b/c they don't test (at ALL) on animals, and they have this new "Argan Oil" line out now, so I bought the BB cream, Bronzer and Blush.

Well, I actually hated them. They're super shiny and they have a VERY strong "old lady makeup" smell. I bought them on eBay though, so I didn't think I had too much recourse.

I contacted the company directly - mostly I wanted to see if I could return these for some merchandise credit...

They're sending me a postage paid label to send the items back AND they're giving me a check for a refund for the products!

Its so nice to see a company stand behind their products!!

PS - I love most of their other stuff, and they're new eyelash extension kit is pretty cool.
